From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.
Start your day in Marrakech and travel to Ouarzazate, which is known as the “Hollywood of Morocco” due to the many films that have been shot there. In Ouarzazate, visit the Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Next, continue your journey to the Valley of the Roses, which is a vast area of farmland that is known for its production of roses. In the Valley of the Roses, see the roses being harvested and learn about the traditional methods of rose oil production.
Finally, arrive at the Dades Valley, which is a stunningly beautiful area of canyons, mountains, and rivers. In the Dades Valley, hike, swim, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
On the second day of your 3-day trip from Marrakech to the Dades Valley, you will travel from the Dades Valley to Merzouga’s Sahara. This journey will take you through some of the most spectacular scenery in Morocco, including the Atlas Mountains and the Draa Valley. The first stop on your journey will be the town of Tinghir, which is known for its beautiful palm groves and its traditional Berber markets. After visiting Tinghir, you will continue your journey to Merzouga, which is a small village located in the Sahara Desert. In Merzouga, you will have the opportunity to ride a camel into the Sahara and to spend the night in a traditional Berber tent.
On the third and final day of your 3-day trip from Marrakech to the Dades Valley, you will bid farewell to the enchanting Sahara Desert and embark on a journey back to Marrakech. As you depart from Merzouga, take one last glance at the majestic sand dunes, forever etched in your memory as a symbol of Morocco’s boundless beauty. Your journey back to Marrakech will take you through the scenic landscapes of Ouarzazate, and arrive to Marrakech after 4 hours of drive.
